Todd graduated from Ohio University in 2005 while employed by Sims Surveying. After obtaining the required surveying experience for Professional Surveyor licensure, he began working full time with the Ohio Department of Transportation as a Construction Project Engineer. As he progressed through the engineering classifications, Todd acquired the experience necessary for Professional Engineer licensure. He later had the opportunity to work under a veteran County Engineer in Coshocton County as a Deputy Engineer, where he gained valuable leadership and administrative experience. This background ultimately supported his successful campaign for Noble County Engineer, a position to which he was elected in 2021.
