• Responsible for the planning, budgeting, maintenance, and construction of approximately 250 miles of county roads and 286 bridges.

Holmes County Sewer District
County Sanitary Engineer (2008–Present)

• Manages the County’s six wastewater treatment plants and associated collection systems on behalf of the Holmes County Commissioners.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in construction, engineering, and surveying on both private and public works projects.
